und auf sensible Themen wird wenig eingegangen.

In diesem Bootcamp geht es um das Vermitteln von 

• Body Isolations
• Body Waves
• Basic Headmovements
• und wie man sie unerzwungen führt und folgt

Im ersten Teil beschäftigen wir uns mit unserem Körper solo vor dem Spiegel.
Im zweiten Teil probieren wir das Erlernte im Partnerwork aus.

Dieses Bootcamp ist für Follower und Leader gleichermaßen geeignet.

Es wird dein Repertoire bereichern und so manches erleichtern.
